We have recently completed our re-roofing project at 147 West 22nd Street, New York. This project consisted of the following work:
- Removal and disposal of the existing roof to structural deck
- Repair concrete roof deck
- Installed new 25 year SIPLAST roof system
- Re-modelling and installation of roof deck
- Cladding
- Pointing
- Brick replacement
- Reglet installation
- Caulking
- Lintel replacement
