We have recently completed our re-roofing project at 147 West 22nd Street in New York City. The project consisted of the following:
- Removed and disposed existing roof to structural deck
- Repaired concrete roof deck
- Installed new 25-year Siplast roof system
- Roof deck re-modelling and installation
- Cladding
- Pointing
- Brick replacement
- Reglet installation
- Caulking
- Lintel replacement
