Our re-roofing and roof deck project recently started at 147 West 22nd Street. The project includes the following:
- Roof replacement, including a complete tear off
- Repair of concrete roof deck
- Redress of all parapet and bulkhead walls
- Painting of exterior railings
- Buildout of common deck area
- Parapet coping cover and cladding
- Stairwell bulkhead cladding
- Fabrication and installation of pergola, trellis and screening elements
