Below are pictures from our project at 42 Mott Street, where we are repairing the sheet metal cornice/water table. The initial work included furnishing and installing a hanging scaffold, while the main project consists of the following:

Scrape, prime, paint angle brackets
Replacement of all deteriorated wood
Pull tests
Removal and maintenance of existing cornice/water table and re-installation
Stucco repairs
Waterproofing entire assemble
New reglet flashing installation
