The exterior repairs at 35 East 84th Street are progressing as planned. We are currently working on the Local Law 11 repairs. The repairs include removing and resetting loose copings on balconies, installing stainless steel pins on damaged terracotta, repairing spalls on terracota, and cutting and repointing cracked mortar joints.
