We recently started our project at 35-55 78th Street in Jackson Heights. The project includes:
- Pointing – cutting and repointing all mortar joins
- Brick replacement – Replacing all cracked bricks throughout the facade
- Lintel and sill replacement
- Window caulking on all windows
- Repair parapet walls and bulkheads and apply waterproofing
