Last week we completed our facade repair project at 127 East 30th Street, the project included:
- Hammer test balcony deck, fascia and soffit surfaces
- Repair fascia cracks and spalls
- Repair balcony soffit cracks and spals
- Repaint balcony deck, exterior fascia and soffits
- Repointing bricks
- Edge repairs
- Structural slab repairs
- Concrete coatings on repaired structural slabs
